My journey began in Sports Medicine as an Athletic Trainer before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology–Exercise Science with a minor in Gerontology from New Mexico State University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. Along the way, I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), allowing me to provide specialized care for individuals living with lymphedema, chronic swelling, post-surgical recovery, and other lymphatic conditions.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching massage therapy students, mentoring future healthcare professionals, and collaborating with physicians and rehabilitation teams. Education has always been at the heart of my work because I believe that when people understand their bodies, they become more confident, capable participants in their own health and recovery.

Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, living with pain or swelling, or simply looking to move through life with greater ease, my goal is to meet you where you are. Every treatment is designed to support your unique needs, restore function, and help you feel empowered in your journey toward better health.
